So, I weighed in today at 247lbs. This is a 0.5lb loss from last week. I don't know how I really feel about it. I guess I'm happy because it's a loss and not a gain...but, I thought that it would be a bigger number. I did much better with working out this week. I was drinking my water and even drinking the water this weekend. I did have a bit of a downfall this weekend because I went out.
Saturday, a friend of mine encouraged me to hop on a party bus. I did, and I had a blast!!!! Only thing is I managed to drink like a fish!!! Wayyy too much, but it was so much fun and I needed the break.
Sunday, I went out to dinner with my family and I'm pretty sure I ate too much bread. But, I'm back at it and considering the terrible weekend I had with eating and drinking, I'm sure that it could've been worse had I not been good during the week. So, let's see how this week goes. Hoping for larger number...well atleast a whole number next week!!!
